Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: All cancellation requests must be received by the Manager in writing (email, fax or regular mail accepted) and are subject to the following terms: 


  • If received more than 45 days before check-in: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • If received 45 days or less before check-in: Deposit and balance of rent are non-refundable.


No refunds will be provided for early departures, weather, storms, red tide, natural disasters, evacuation orders, pandemic restrictions or other reasons outside the control of the Manager/Owner.

In the case of a cancellation due to a government-ordered pandemic travel restriction in effect at the time of the rental period, the Renter will receive a credit, minus the Deposit paid, for a future booking of the same Unit, occurring no later than one year from the checkout date of the cancelled rental period. When rebooking using a credit, the Renter is responsible for payment of a new Deposit and any rate increase plus additional taxes. Credits not used within the specified period are forfeited.

We strongly recommend Renters obtain travel insurance in case of cancellation.
