Great place, clean, comfortable furniture and bed. Would stay here again. Area has many good restaurants if you’re looking for seafood

this was our second stay at collwood.the building and grounds are very well maintained. the location is great local restaurants are very good.will definitely be back.

we stayed in unit 503..unit was clean and very well located..perfect area for people like us that like to stay busy..Lisa’s cafe across the street was delicious..trolley stop pretty much right outside of the building..can’t wait to come back in April !! Thanks Mary y John.,??

We loved our stay.. it was so clean.. on the beach.. and the managers were so sweet and always on top of things.. the condos were referred to us and we will absolutely tell anyone about this place.. thank you for giving us an amazing place to stay on our vacation!! We will be back!

Collwood Condos came highly recommended by our close friends, who have been coming here for 19 years. it did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful location. the condo was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed, and more. the entire building is very well kept, clean, safe and well run. from initial emails to arrival , the process was very smooth. we understand why our friends keep coming back! there is plenty to do in the area as well. the best part is you can enjoy the magnificent beach, sun and sand, steps from your condo! we too now highly recommend a vacation at Collwood!

The condo was well stocked for everything we needed. We really liked the availability of beach chairs. We were on the top floor and had readily available access to the elevator. The condo is in a great location within walking distance to John’s Pass. We enjoyed our stay!

We have been staying at Collwood for many years and it never disappoints. The managers John and Mary are very welcoming and are ready to assist with anything you need or with any issues you might have. The condo is only a short walk to John’s Pass. Very pleased with this location and will definitely return.

This was the first time I, personally, stayed at Collwood condos for spring break. Reserving the condo and payments were seamless. The condo was more than what I was expecting. It was clean and spacious. My 6yr old LOVED it. There were more amenities than I imagined. There were extra towels, beach toys, sunscreen and other things that are easily forgotten. The kitchen (my favorite place at home) was full of everything I needed to cook meals. It even had an air fryer to cook the kids quick meals. The living room was comfortable and cozy. We sat and were able to watch movies/shows at night to wind down. Highly recommended to anyone who would like an easy, comfortable place to spend a relaxing break.

Unit was very well equipped from TV's with cable in every bedroom and living room to having everything needed in the kitchen to make your own meals complex is really nice and clean with onsite management plenty of picnic tables for outdoor seating for picnics with a beach view would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Collwood, the only thing I wish you had there was a hot tub. The unit was nice and the pool area was okay.

We love this place. Close to shopping eating and drinking. Only steps to the pool which has full sun in the afternoon and the water is a wonderful temperature to just Right. The managers live on site and take very good care of the customers and the premises. We can’t wait to go back next year and enjoy ourselves all over again .

Been staying here for 15+ years and it’s always a great relaxing place with great view and very nice rooms. Can’t be beat!

Starting staying here many years ago and love it. Family friendly, super nice management and the beach here is to die for. from time to time we venture to other beaches like Lido Beach, Marco Island but always end up back here. My kids (17&13) love staying in the same unit every year because they feel we own it for that week lol. Just rebooked for December!
