Loved this relaxing unit and beach vacation. Sunrises and sunsets were fabulous. Salt water was calm and the pool was refreshing. Especially enjoyed the corn hole community boards, shuffle board, and community beach chairs. Managers were easy to talk to and very responsive. Will certainly be returning.

We have been stay at collwood condos for 10 years . We will miss Mary and John. I just want to say Happy Retirement. But if you are looking for a family friendly Place to stay please pick collwood condos.

This place is so good, it altered our future plans for vacation trips. We will be coming back! In terms the location, this ocean front building is easy to find, and conveniently located within reasonable distance of food markets and walking distance of the local "boardwalk" area. The room and building are immaculate! The management staff are friendly and were genuinely interested in making our visit the best that it could be. I found the view of the inlet and neighborhood from the balcony as especially fascinating and relaxing. This place is beautiful, well maintained, affordable, and very family friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay for the two weeks. The location is perfect with everything close by. The unit was also very well kept and had all the required amenities to make our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Our stay at Collwood from October 22nd to November 2nd, 2022 was simply superb. We always appreciate the efficiency and helpfulness of the Ogrens. That are a great management couple. Our Unit was clean and very functional. The weather was wonderful and the beach experience tremendous. Worth the wait of 3 years from the pandemic as Canadians!!!

We just love collwood condos. This was our 9th year s staying there . The managers John and Mary are the best . We love the beach and pool . Out family each rent a condo so we have about 30 people down altogether.

We had an awesome stay. Although we had red tide we still made it a fun time. Great accommodations. Very Friendly. Not crowded at all. Perfect beach space. Great location for nearby restaurants, shopping etc. we flew in and didn’t rent a car :)

From the moment we arrived everything....and I mean everything was perfect. Weather, location, accommodations and the company lol. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. The complimentary beach chairs got lots of use, the views were beautiful and the short walk to John's Pass nightly was a plus! I am certain you will be seeing us again!

My family and I really enjoyed all of the amenities available when staying at Collwood Condos. The availability of beach chairs, shuffleboard, and the pool house with CLEAN restrooms were wonderful. Condo 501 had many extras I appreciated like beach toys, a small cooler, extra blankets, fans for the bedrooms, and much more. Mary and John were very accommodating and friendly. I’ve already told some relatives about the condos for their future trips to Madeira Beach!

Our second time staying at Collwood Condos, we first came in 2017. Having the direct beach access, clean and welcoming building, ample parking, lovely pool and an on-site manager made our second stay as lovely as the first. As a family of 5, we especially appreciate being able to rent a condo with 5 bed places so no-one has to sleep on the couch. Not sure which unit to book? Call the on-site manager for more assistance in understanding the individual units. We'll be back!

Beautiful condo very homey feeling, extremely clean, very well taken care of, outstanding views. The entire complex was very clean and well taken care of with everything you needed. Mary and John very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this complex to stay at. Jeff and Mary
