We stayed in unit 405 at the end of April 2024. The unit was well appointed very clean and recently remodeled. The building and facilities are older but very well maintained and beach chairs are available for owners and renters. The resident managers were friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend Collwood unit 405.

405 is a beautifully appointed condo with 2 walk in closets! The Val only is large with comfortable furniture. I liked it so much I have booked again for next year. Sharon and James the resident managers keep the building spotless and are there if you need help with anything .This is a bonus as not many places have that. Highly recommended!

First stay at Collwood - after 10 years in the area - James and Sharon went above and beyond to accommodate our every request! Property is fully stocked and very clean… 100% recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Collwood and are already planning a return trip next year. Mary and John are wonderful managers! Within minutes of our arrival they made us feel welcome and provided us information needed during our stay. The building and unit were very clean and well maintained. We had a great time at Collwood. It was our second time and we are hoping to go back maybe next year. The property and the unit were very well maintained thanks to Mary and John, Collwood's on-site managers. Beach is perfect, quiet and relaxing. But if you need more action, you can walk to the restaurants ( with live music) and stores at John's Pass.

Our week at Collwood 405 could not have been better! Everything needed for a perfect vacation is available. The unit was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Clothing and food are all you need to bring to have an amazing and relaxing time by the beautiful Gulf Coast of Central/West Florida. A clean condo and complex that are very well maintained and cleaned by the onsite staff. This is our 7th time to stay at Collwood and we have already booked for 2024. -Josh Mt. Juliet, TN

Just returned from another great stay at Collwood. Always have a good visit. We have been going to Collwood for 12 years now, sometimes twice a year. This trip was to unit 405. All the units are well stocked and comfortable. John & Mary are perfect managers. So nice to have on-site managers to be ready to assist with any problems. Looking forward to our next stay this fall.

We have been coming to Collwood Condos for over 15 years and have always enjoyed being right on the beach and watching the dolphins from the balcony. The management have always been great and accommodating to our needs. The close amenities are amazing. Love walking to John’s Pass and enjoying the many restaurants and shops. Our stay went perfect. The unit matched the description and photos. The unit was clean and well maintained. We had no problems. The location is perfect. Great beach, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Mary, the manager, was extremely helpful in the rental process and excellent to work with.

We have been visiting the Collwood for several years and every year is exceptional, from the check in with the on-site manager to every detail before check out, absolutely a worry less vacation. The beaches are pool ocean is clean and inviting, the Collwood pool is always inviting with clean and has accessible bathrooms, grills and picnic tables are accessible. The property is within walking distance to restaurants and Johns Pass. Looking forward to our next visit

Collwood Condos, is one of the greatest places to stay on the beach. We have been staying in this building for over 10 years and always enjoyed our stay. This condo (405) is very comfortable and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay and Mary and John are awesome to deal with. Collwood Condos is our favorite vacation destination. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Beach side views are amazing! No matter what side you stay in, its worth the stay!! We always enjoy our stay at Collwood Condos!! This year was no different! John and Mary are quick to respond to any issues we may have. The condo was immaculate upon arrival (as usual). The kitchen was stocked with all needed cookware. Seasonings, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent and dish liquid also furnished!! We love these units. We have stayed in several beach front units!! we have already reserved a unit for next year!!

This was the second time we stayed here and we love it! Great location and best view! The manager, Mary and her husband is great if you need anything. We will definitely be back to stay again!!

We had a fabulous time stayed in 405 last week absolutely loved it! Everything we needed was provided! From beach towels and beach chairs to pots and pans! We already are talking about when we are going back! Amazing view and absolutely love the location!

Collwood 405 was just perfect we had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing. The condo is in a perfect location close to John's Pass and there was a 7Eleven across the street so didn't have to drive anywhere. Thanks Mary and John

We just returned back to NY following our 5th vacation in Madeira Beach at Collwood Condominiums. As always, Mary and John are amazing hosts and so helpful with whatever we needed. This year we brought my granddaughter and they provided a high chair and a pack and play! So very helpful. The condo was well stocked with everything we could need. And the condo’s location is absolutely perfect sitting right on the edge of the beach and only a short walk to John’s Pass! Collwood is one of the best kept secrets in Madeira! The price for a 2 bed 2 bath condo is extremely affordable, especially in comparison to other ones in the area. Mary and John are so nice. Unit 405 is comfortable, accommodating, and the view is priceless. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed in this condo with 3 adults and had a great time. Everything we needed was there. Besides the regular towels there were also beach towels and there were beach chairs at the beach available. It was great to have high chairs on the balcony, so it was easy to see the dolphins swim by, which was an awesome sight. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

My mom and I loved the condo as soon as we stepped in it, and the view of the gulf was perfect. I love the covered parking as well. If you want to stay on the beach you must stay here. This was our first visit but it won't be our last. This is our new vacation destination.

This location, this community, this beach, was PERFECT. Clean, spacious, well supplied unit with amazing Gulf and sunset views. The 2 master suite setup worked really well for our group of 4 women. Everything we needed to cook, entertain, including beach chairs and pool was right there. Mary and John were great to work with. Walking distance to Johns Pass. We will visit Collwood again!

Our rental was during Thanksgiving week. Weather was great! Views from 4th was great. Every morning up scouting for Dolphins while having my coffee- heaven. Saw lots of Dolphins every morning. The place was very clean, felt very safe. Condo had every thing we needed. Even for cooking thanksgiving dinner. Place had beach chairs and toys for beach and pool. The host, Mary and John were super - like family. You can tell they enjoy managing the place like it was there own home. Would highly recommend staying here. Oh- tons of restaurants and things to do near by too.

We had everything needed in the condo for a very nice week. The condo was very clean and well kept. It was nice to be able to take the lounge chairs out closer to the beach. The pool area was nice and clean. The chairs on the balcony could use some new chair pads. Thanks for the heads up. I have ordered new and they are replaced. Mary

We love Collwood condos. We have been staying there for 5 years and will continue to return. Managers are wonderful! Anything you need and they are very available. Everything is so close to to the beach and shops and restaurants. Very well taken care property.
