We have been coming to Madeira Beach for years, but this was our first time at Collwood. We will stay here again! Loved the ocean front view and the balcony you can sit on. The condo itself was updated and spacious. I do wish there were key less entries versus having an actual key, but the building was definitely secure. Sharon was very hospitable.

Our stay at the Collwood was very pleasant! The unit was nice and clean and had everything that we needed. Other guests are very friendly. The managers are attentive and work very diligently to make the Collwood a lovely place to spend your vacation.

This has been one of the best condos we have stayed at. The condo was modern, clean, the beds were very comfortable. The area was beautiful, the beach is clean. Laid back area, family friendly. We can't wait to return next year. Would love to retire to this area. Thank you to the building management for the smooth check in and check out process. They also keep the building very clean. We have stayed at Collwood several times. This week checked all of our boxes for a great week. Accomodations in 206 were amazing. Week furnished and comfortable in every way. James and Sharon were the backbone of our stay making sure that we had the very best experience and addressing any issues that came up fast and caring. Bravo ?? Collwood! We'll definitely be back!

The Collwood is managed excellently by Mary and John Ogren. Unit 206 is very nicely decorated, new TV's, deck furniture, washer and dryer.

We have been coming to Madiera Beach and staying at Collwood for many of years. The condo is always clean as well as the property. Management is very helpful and friendly. We always stay oceanfront because the view is beautiful especially the sunset. We love everything and that is why we keep coming back.

The unit was well stocked with essentials and nicely decorated. We appreciated the new televisions and washer and dryer. We love renting this unit! Thank you.

We have stayed on Treasure Island a few times and wanted a condo on the beach that doesn’t have a long walk to the water and was convenient to Johns Pass. Collwood fit this description. We stayed in 206 and found it very comfortable with beautiful views of the beach. The outdoor amenities were great and was kept meticulously by John, the manager. They even had chairs you could use on the beach. We met several people who have been staying here several years in a row. Mary was always on hand to answer any questions before and during our stay. It felt like one big family. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Collwood 206 in April 2023. Positives include a well stocked kitchen and beautiful balcony looking directly at the ocean. The only negative is that the building has poor Wifi - but that made me connect to work less so maybe that is a good thing! Overall, beautiful location, perfect access to the beach and very nice people all around. We had a great time; we would definitely come again! Vlad Ioffe Vlad, John was able to remedy that issue. Great place, great in house managers. Great location to walk to many venues. Very clean and secure. Would stay there again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Collwood 206. We come to the Gulf Coast every year, and this condo was the best we’ve ever rented. The furnishings were up-to-date, and the entire condo was very clean; we didn’t have to do an initial cleaning which is our normal routine when we first arrive at a condo. I liked the security of having to use a key fob to enter the condo before we get into the elevator. Having beach chairs available on the beach was also a nice touch. The location of this condo was also great; we were only a ½ mile from John’s Pass and we walked there often.

We have been vacationing in the area for over ten years now and this is the first time staying at the Collwood. The condo exceeded our expectations!! Beautifully decorated, very clean, safe and the beach chairs were a big plus. Management very friendly and helpful. Will rent here again without a doubt.

Our stay in Unit 206 was enjoyable and comfortable. The unit was neat and clean. All our needs were met. Mary and John, the managers, are very conscientious and hard working and keep the Collwood in excellent shape so that people are able to really enjoy their stay. Thank you to the condo owner, as well, for keeping their unit in such a welcoming manner.

My family, mostly adult children and their significant others, came for a vacation in Madeira Beach. We were coming from Oregon and Utah. We rented 2 condos, #206 and #204. It was a wonderful week. The condos were perfect for our needs. They both faced the ocean. We loved that we could walk right out on the beach whenever we wanted. The public living space in both condos was big enough for all of us to gather in the mornings before starting our day, or the evenings just to hang out. Would definitely come here again.

This is fourth time staying at Collwood. Mary is always very accommodating. The views are always amazing. We've stayed in 3 different units and they have always been very clean. We will never hesitate to rebook with Collwood!

My husband, adult son and I had the PERFECT week! We came in stressed and left relaxed and happy! The weather was beautiful, not too hot until Friday but we didn't care! Our condo was wonderful. Lots of room, great bedrooms, beautiful view, close to great restaurants, and, of course, the BEACH was right there. We'll definitely stay there again and again! Thank you Collwood 206!

This was our third time at Collwood and the only vacation area that we have come back to year after year with our kids. The area is beautiful and the location is conveniently located by shops, food and activities. Each condo that we have stayed in has provided us an experience that we keep coming back to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Collwood. The accommodations were very nice and unit was supplied with everything we needed. The view gulf side was breathtaking and we were able to watch four beach weddings from our balcony. Mary and John were always available for any questions we had and most accommodating. My 88 year old Mother enjoyed the beach side view (and to be away from Michigan winter for a month). We also liked that the unit was within walking distance from Johns Pass and had a nice sidewalk for morning walks in the opposite direction. Love this stretch of the Gulf; would love to return.

This was a cute place we found at the last minute. Mary was great to work with to secure our reservation in time. I only book ocean front properties, and this did not disappoint. The view was direct and amazing. The property itself had a nice, casual feel, and the beach chairs that were provided were very much appreciated!! This unit was clean, and kitchen well equipped. I would only recommend changing some of the light bulbs to softer, incandescent lighting, rather than harsh florescent lighting in some of the fixtures. I would definitely return to Collwood 206!

Celebrated a milestone birthday with 9 family members! Our glorious stay confirmed we are officially beach people. The “at-home” feel of these beautifully appointed condos made our stay far superior to a hotel. Looking forward to next year.

We always enjoy staying at Collwood! This was our first time in a gulf front unit and it was nice! The only thing we would like to see is the pool open later for the kiddos and parents. Some tiki style tables in the pool area would be great too!

I absolutely love staying at Collwood! It is always such a relaxing and peaceful time. The property is kept up and is always clean. My son loves to play shuffleboard and corn hole that.is there for everyone to enjoy!

Our family of four spent the week in 206 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. As always, everything was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. The accommodations were comfortable and enjoying a sunset view each night is tough to beat. It was nice to catch up with John and Mary - they are great hosts and friends.
