If you have a family this is the place for a great experience. Our unit 205 faced the ocean and was loaded with games for all to enjoy. The unit has everything you need for a family.

We've been coming to Collwood condos for several years and always enjoy our stay. The condo is stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels are even provided which is great when we fly. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed. It's nice to have onsite managers, and Sharon and James, who just took over, are doing a great job!

We stay here every year around the same time, in different units,whatever is open at the time. All units are always exceptionably clean and well stocked as well as the whole property. Mary and John go out of their way to accommodate you (ie if flight is coming in early to try and get the unit available if possible earlier) . Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We have been staying at Collwood for years. Unit 205 is updated and full of tons of kitchen appliances. There was no shortage of appliances and items to use for cooking. It was also helpful to have a pack and play and high chair available for our baby. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable to me. Ocean front is always a plus too!

It was great--we will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It’s a very short walk to the beach, lots of good restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride, and great Acai bowls at Froyo yogurt. Beach chairs are provided at. O extra cost which is incredibly generous. We would definitely stay again!

From the minute we arrived we knew it was going to be a wonderful week. Mary and John were wonderful to deal with and although we had just met for the first time it felt like we had known them for years! The location on the beach is amazing. The condo was spotless and fully equipped with everything that we needed. The property was also spotless. We loved having chairs that we could take to the beach daily. The whole experience was excellent and we will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing your tropical paradise with us.

Collwood is an awesome place. It’s low key and they treat you like friends not visitors. Right in the beach and had all kinds of stuff you can use from board games to boogie boards. Clean place and had an awesome stay. Highly recommend

As always our stay was most enjoyable, especially with hosts like Mary and John. We love Collwood and will be returning this winter.

We had a wonderful time at Collwood 205. Everything was perfect! Close to John's Pass and Restaurants. Condo was decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you need. We will be returning!

We recently returned from two weeks at Collwood Condo's and really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and better supplied than any we've ever stayed at, including plenty of towels and even beach towels! We loved the fact that beach chairs and loungers for the beach are available to use and the beach is very quiet at this location. The managers, John and Mary are vey friendly and live on the premises and are readily available for anything or questions we had! Looking forward to next year!

Thank you Mary and John for helping to make our two weeks in Collwood 205 great - as always. The unit was in great shape when we arrived - spotless and clean. With the warm and sunny weather, virtually every day - and the daily sunset views, it's hard to leave and head back north. Looking forward to another visit soon, thanks again

I grew up going to Collwood Condos with my parents. We have always loved the Madeira Beach area, but Collwood has really enhanced our love for the area. Mary & John are fantastic to work with. They take such good care of the facilities and their love for "their home" shows. We wouldn't dream of staying any where else. Every time we visit we enjoy our vacation...regardless of the weather! However, the weather is usually pretty great! We have stayed in multiple units and always find something we love about each unit!

The only place to be at when on vacation in Florida!!! Condos are spacious and furnished with up to date furnishings. Mary and John the onsite managers are fantastic . they always ask if you need anything and if condo is okay. You are a football field from ocean sitting on balcony at nite you can hear ocean and see great sun sets. Thank you Mary and John for making this trip so great

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome. There were plenty of board games for rainy days. The beach umbrella and beach towels were much appreciated. Loved that there were lots of beach chair options for the building guests to take to the beach. The pool was great. Management was polite and helpful. Shopping and restaurants were close by. We would definitely return.

Had a wonderful vacation at Collwood unit 205 as usual. The property is immaculate and so very well mantained by managers John and Mary. We hated to leave, but have already planned the return for next year. Highly recommend Collwood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual stay at Collwood. This is our first time in this particular unit and it has a nice, beachy vibe. We look forward to visiting Collwood again next summer. Mary and John (managers) do a great job keeping the building and grounds looking great, and are available to help if you need anything.

As much as I’d love to keep this gem a secret, I’d be doing Collwood a disservice. My family recently vacationed here for my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary, and occupied 6 rooms. My family’s condo, 205 was perfect! We found it immaculate, with every extra we needed for the perfect beach vacation. Towels, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys…everything was already on site. All we truly needed was sunscreen! Absolute perfect location, directly on the beautiful, uncrowded private beach, and just a short walk to the Boardwalk and a variety of restaurants. Best condo experience for a fraction of the price we’ve paid for far inferior condos. We may be switching our normal vacation spot, just to stay at Collwood again!

We have really enjoyed our stay again at Collwood. Room 205 was nice and well equipped. Had everything in the kitchen that you would need. The view of the gulf was beautiful.

I really hate telling people about this place, I want it all for myself. Just pack your bags, bring plenty of sunscreen and get ready for an awesome time. Everything is always nice and clean. Near Johns Pass so shopping & eating are just a skip and hop away. Doesn't get any better

We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was supplied including everything for the beach! Our unit was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds and furniture, games, balcony to enjoy the ocean! It was a great beach vacation! We’ll be back!

We visited for one week in unit 205 and really enjoyed the full gulf view. There's nothing quite like having a sunset view every night right out the door. We've stayed at Collwood quite a few times, and as always, the unit was spotless upon arrival. Everything was in good working order. John and Mary are wonderful hosts and are always on hand if you need help or have a question. Collwood has become our home away from home and we are already planning for same time next year. Our stay in Room 205 was great! The unit was very clean and very nice. The building managers were great as well! The batteries in our thermostat died late one night and the air turned off and it was fixed within 5 minutes. We loved it here and will return.

We enjoyed Unit 205 so much during our stay! Will be definitely reserving another week! The whole family had a blast! It was our first time to Madeira Beach and we loved every moment! Condo was exceptional, location is awesome and we had the best time! We will certainly be back!

This place had us wanting for nothing! It was great for families with corn hole and shuffle board, grills and patio seating. We didn't need to take beach chairs because there were plenty to borrow! Our condo, #205 was the best condo we've ever stayed in. It had the best of everything, from the furniture, the decorations and the beach towels. There was a closet full of atleast 30 board games that we all enjoyed. The place was very clean, including the hallways and outside areas. We were so "at home" here and if we return to Florida we will definitely be back! Thanks to the owners of this condo for sharing such a wonderful place and to the manager Mary who was very helpful before and during our stay with any questions we had. LOVE this place! We could not have been more pleased with our stay here. We have been coming to Madeira Beach for over 20 years and this place did not disappoint. All you need to bring is clothes and food (if you want to cook). The condo unit had umbrellas, beach toys for the little ones, beach floats, board games, puzzles and more. The unit also had a slow cooker, pots, pans, utensils, cups and great coffee machine for a pot of coffee or for single cups. The condo itself has beach chairs and loungers all for guests use right at the beach entry. The condo was clean, recently updated again and with plenty of beach towels, blankets, pillows and more. We loved it and will be back next year! Mary and her husband manage the condo and they were wonderful to book with and were very attentive. Not only was the unit in wonderful and clean conditions, the building is well maintained and cared for. We can not say enough about our stay. It was wonderful!!
