My family enjoyed the lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach! We enjoyed the pool daily and the people were so friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Collwood Condos from Jan 4 - 28, 2023 in Madeira Beach, Florida! So much, that we are looking forward to joining the Collwood Community again in 2024 for an even longer stay! The condo was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. We felt right at home immediately! The proximity to the beach for our daily walks, Bamboo Beach Bar and John’s Pass among several other great restaurants was perfect! It was close enough to the local attractions, but yet was fairly quiet and calm in front of the condo building. There was always enough space for first come, first serve parking. Everyone we met at Collwood Condos, were friendly and welcoming! The Condo Resident Manager, Mary was top notch! Always friendly and helpful with information and recommendations for great restaurants! Even though our condo rental was on the front of the building, we still had great beach views from both bedrooms and our balcony! The surroundings of the building were always kept neat and tidy, which included the pool, BBQ, recycling containers, walkway to the beach, and shuffle board/lounge area were always clean and comfortable. We felt welcomed and proud with the installation of the Canada flag along with USA flag each morning and taken each night. These extra touches made us feel that we were at our ‘home away from home’! We enjoyed our stay. Found the condo to be very clean and equipped with all that is needed. The bed was not very comfortable but was bearable. We are looking forward to staying there again next year. Thank you

We just enjoyed 2 weeks at this beautiful place. Our condo was spotless and well cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and had everything we needed. The complex is well maintained and the managers were very hospitable! We look forward to returning!

Our first stay at Collwood Condos (#203) was Jan 1, 2022. Loved the entire building complex; especially the direct beach access and walking proximity to: restaurants/bars/shops. Big Pluses: cleanliness (especially during Covid) spacious unit and the property managers (Mary & John). Though abit apprehensive with this being unit being lower level and street facing, we were pleasantly surprised. A table set up on the balcony corner and offers view of the ocean side. This unit is very clean; has updates and comes with many accessories to make it feel like home away from home. Loved our time so much, we booked the following week in a unit 2 floors up. Thanks Mary and John for your hospitality. We will be back again next year!

We came here for vacation and loved it! The condo is clean and well stocked with everything you need. Even beach towels! The location is a short 5 min walk to Johns Pass which has shopping and restaurants! Pool is well kept and clean! Partial Covered parking lot also has shuffleboard and cornhole! Condo also has a air mattress should you need it!

This was our second stay with Collwood. We loved our unit, it was spacious, nicely appointed and comfortable for the week. Love the beach lounges and beach chairs. When staying at Madeira beach, it will always be Collwood for us. Mary is great to work with ?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Collwood 203! We were vacationing with our toddler which always makes things interesting. We loved the fact that you are literally on the beach- no driving or paying for parking or lugging everything to the car. We loved that they had a high chair and pack n play ready for our use so it was one less thing to bring to the airport. The condos have an elevator, luggage cart, and shopping carts which just makes it nice to not have to exhaust yourself when going up the stairs with lots of bags. They have beach chairs and beach toys for you to use! The condo was clean and everything was beyond our expectations! We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

We have visited Madeira Beach many times and always love our stay at Collwood Condos!! The units are so nice and convenient, we have never had a problem and have stayed in different units. Mary and John are so kind and helpful. These units never disappoint! The are Simply THE BEST!

This was our second time staying with you guys and we enjoyed it even more than the first! We appreciate the additional steps taken by Collwood during the virus for added cleanliness and sanitation! We are thankful that our kids had a good time plying with your grandchildren and other guests! We will be back soon!

Found this place in 2014 and come every year. Mary and John are great, we worry about nothing!! The place is spotless and everything you need is there.
