Our family had a great time during our stay at Collwood. The condo was clean and bright. The pool was great, as long as there weren't too many guests there at once. We even learned to play shuffleboard. The location of this condo was perfect. While our condo wasn't beachfront, the building itself is, which made it perfect for early morning strolls on the beach. There were also chairs provided that could be taken down and brought back up, making lounging on the beach that much more comfortable. The building it also located within easy walking distance of John's Pass, where several restaurants, shops, and ice cream places are located. Overall, we had a wonderful time and check in/check out was a breeze.

Great proximity and location to beach front! It was an easy walk to John's Pass and short walk to the ocean!

We had a great stay at the Collwood. This is our second time. Guests are nice to each other. Service is awesome. Condo was very clean and ready when we arrived. Nice that they supply the condo w dishwasher soap, dish soap and laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again.

We totally enjoyed our stay, loved the location and the beach. Mary was awesome to deal with, as was everyone!! We highly recommend and would definitely return in the future!! Thank you for a fantastic couple of weeks!!

The condo we stayed in at Collwood was very roomy and had everything we needed. The pool area and recreation area were very nice, it was nice to have the picnic tables and shuffle board game. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michele

We had a great trip. Very nice and clean condo that supplied everything including beach chairs, lounge chairs and other things we didn't expect. The security was great. So was the pool. The beach was never crowded. Owners were friendly and helpful. Hope to get back there soon.

We had a fantastic time. Great location. Everyone was kind and helpful. We felt as though we were really welcome. The location is great..on the beach, walking distance to John's Pass and Caddy's on Gulph Blvd. I'm from the area, so felt really comfortable. The unit was beautiful and clean. Washer and dryer in unit was really convenient. Loved The on'suite washroom. Two very large bedrooms, TV's in all rooms. We stayed in unit 202 facing Gulph Blvd and loved our private balconies. Convenient trash shoot at end of every hallway and shopping carts to transport groceries right up to unit. Private parking, beautiful pool on site, and literally took elevator to the ground floor, opened gate and on the beach. Beach chairs, toys etc. available for tennants. Management really does a great job with everything. We can't wait to go back asap. Thanks so much guys!

We truly had a wonderful vacation at Madeira Beach. Our condo at Collwood had everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. Collwood Condominiums sit on a beautiful, white, sandy beach with a stunning view of the ocean. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. The management was friendly and helpful, and they made sure the grounds and facilities were clean and well taken care of. Our stay at Collwood was the perfect vacation for us!

Collwood condos is perfectly situated on a pristine beach that is perfect for lounging, walking and swimming. We walked to Johns Pass almost every day. Our condo was beautiful (202) and had everything we needed. The building has great amenities and check in and out was seamless. We hope to return!

Our stay at Collwood 202, Feb 12-19, 2022 was pleasantly calm, which is what my wife and I want. The pool and beach were essential for us. Lounge chairs for the beach at no charge was a big plus; we did not have to bring ours. Staff lives on site so there is always someone to handle things. We have already discussed booking again.

First stay at Collwood....Very clean, well maintained building and grounds. Unit 202 was very nice. John and Mary make you feel right at home and take care of any questions/problems. This property is in an ideal location for easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc. Collwood is at the top of my list for condo rental in that part of Florida. Denis Hofstetter and Lorre Brown

I recommend Collwood to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation . This quiet propery has all the amenities you could ask for in a great location .

Absolutely loved it John and Mary were awesome they were there for every need whether a tent for shade or an extra air mattress we will definitely stay again without a doubt on the beach beautiful room excellent fireworks

We stayed in Condo 202, it was perfect for our family. The pool and grounds were well kept. Having grills on site was a plus! The beach was well maintained and the beach chairs were amazing. Thanks to the onsite management for making our stay enjoyable.

The condo was amazing. It had everything you needed for the little ones. It was clean. And restaurants close by within walking distance.

After a very long drive , Mary was very welcoming and friendly. Everything was ready and waiting for us, quick sign in. Entering 202 was very pleasant and felt like home. Clean, furnished and relaxing. Cant wait to return, I love this area all around.

Our vacation was wonderful- the room was very clean and updated. We loved Collwood- having laundry in the room was a huge plus. Mary was wonderful. We come to the same area every June, and we will definitely be staying with Collwood from here on out!

We loved staying at Collwood Condos! It was right on the beach. It had beach chairs and sand toys right on the beach waiting for you. It was ok the trolley line and a 1/2 mile from John’s Pass so we could walk to everything, including dolphin sightings! The unit and amenities were clean and well taken care of. The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus!
