My family has stayed at Collwood for multiple years, since my children were very small. It never disappoints. We came for a very special and extra long trip this year-our beach wedding! Unit 504 was great. We've never stayed in the same condo twice, but this one is our favorite. It was so comfortable, decorated lovely, with local artwork displayed. The beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean, and the unit owner was very communicative. It is great that unit owners are accepting different , more modern and more convenient methods of payment. This has truly become our favorite vacation spot, and that is a testament to how comfortable the Collwood managers (former and current) have made it for their guests. Thank you for another great year, and we hope to plan more at our "home away!"

Had great weather and good food. Sharon & James were helpful as usual. unit #504 is great everything works and great view of sunsets. Only complaint would be patio doors could use new rollers or be replaced. They are very difficult to open. Doing a great job trying to get things back to normal. thanks

As usual our stay was great, the condo was in perfect condition when we arrived, and we had everything we needed to totally enjoy our stay.

We had a great vacation at Collwood Condos. This is our 10th time returning and we are always happy.

We hadn't been to the Collwood for a few years due to Covid and our most recent stay met and exceeded expectations. The property is clean and well maintained. It is safe for children and secure. The condo itself - with an ocean view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked - and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a godsend and ensured that we could spend most of our time on the beach. Overall, ome of our best vacations so far. Thanks again! Looking forward to booking again next August

We have stayed at the Collwood many times and are never disappointed. The condos are well kept and the view from the balconies is beautiful. The area has lots of things to do and just playing at the beach and pool make a relaxing vacation. We always recommend the Collwood to our family and friends. Mary and John do a great job taking care of the condos and the grounds.

Hello, We always enjoy are stay at Collwood Condo's , love the view. Has most every thing you need. Sure hate to see Mary and John leave. I hope who ever takes their place is as nice as they are. We have been coming every year same time for several years. When some thing don't work, John comes quick and fixes it. I love the space under the Condos where the picnic tables are, even in rain you can go down their and play games. Loved are stay. We stayed Week of June 24th to July l. 2023 The Clarks

My family and I stayed at Collwood Condos for the first time over the '22 holiday season for nearly 2 weeks and had an unforgettable Christmas in the sand! Our condo unit was spacious, clean, adequately equipped for our family of five and offered stunning views. The Collwood managers and other guests were beyond welcoming! My children made instant friends and have already asked to go back next year.

Lovely building. Very clean and well organized for moving in and leaving at the end of the stay. The manager was always available should a guest run into any problems. I would highly recommend staying at Collwood.

We always stay at the Collwood Condos and are never disappointed with the experience. The condos and the building are always in great shape and very clean. Our only problem was not having enough chairs on the balcony so that four of us could enjoy eating breakfast out there while we enjoyed the view.

Collwood is awesome. We have been staying here since 2014 and we love it. John and Mary do an amazing job and are right on site if you need anything or have questions. It is clean and well taken care of and we love the location close enough to walk to Johns pass and anywhere else.

Collwood 504 is perfectly positioned with beach/gulf front views and had everything we needed to make our week on Madeira Beach relaxing and fun. The furniture and beds were very comfortable . We have stayed at Collwood for two vacations now and we already have our trip booked again for next year. All of the condos are awesome. Super clean, modern and relaxing. The pool and patio areas are awesome too. Always smiling faces coming from all directions! Can’t wait to be back.

This was our 1st trip to Madeira Beach and enjoyed our stay at Collwood Condos. The unit was clean and more than enough supplies for a week stay. We liked that there were beach toys and chairs for the guest to use. The beach its self was not overly crowded. The pool was clean but closes kind of early. Would definitely book at Collwood again in the future.

To celebrate our 40th, we and our 5 children/families returned to Madeira Beach (after a 20-year hiatus). We found Collwood to be the perfect place!!! The 6 units we occupied were all clean, up-to-date, stocked with various items (games, beach towels, beach umbrella, insulated cooler, etc.) and Mary was very helpful and accommodating (supplying pack-n-plays & high chairs to those who needed them). I have stayed at this condo several times and never disappoints! The area is wonderful and has everything you need. The beaches are clean and weather is delightful. The condos have the amenities and washer and dryer in every room! Will definitely be back again!

We rented 3 units in Collwood and each unit was awesome. The units were well stocked and very clean. The entire complex is wonderfully maintained. We will continue to return whenever in the area.

Our family loved our stay at this condo! View was spectacular. Great sized balcony we could all enjoy. Condo was very cleaned and well stocked for essentials for the week. Close proximity to Johns Pass for some shopping. We will be back!
