We loved our stay at Collwood! We were visiting (our family of 6) my son & his new bride who live in St. Pete. The condo was well equipped for our Thanksgiving dinner, the view is incredible & Meredith was super friendly, informative & accommodating to our questions beforehand. We will definitely be back when visiting our son in the future!

We really enjoyed staying at Collwood and in unit 204. It had everything we needed, especially the balcony looking out at the ocean. Thank you!

Collwood condo complex offers large roomie two bedroom condos that are beautiful and always clean. The on-site management team take a lot of pride in providing a wonderful vacation experience. The extra touches of convenience for the families that stay there mean a lot to people traveling from all over to this vacation destination. The beach is beautiful and the location is outstanding. We’ve already booked for next year. Thank you for the most relaxing and absolutely perfect vacation.

We stayed in 204 and had a wonderful time. We are a frequent visitor at Collwood condo. It is clean and amenities are great. The condo sets right on beach. The pool is great with lots of available chairs. This is my happy place. The resident managers are nice and accommodating.

This was our first time to Madeira Beach and it did not disappoint! Collwood was the perfect place for us to stay! The unit was very clean and very well stocked with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. The chairs and beach accessories for guests to use each day were a huge bonus. Not to mention it is so close to shopping and restaurants that we barely even got in our car all week because we walked everywhere. Thank you for a great week and if we ever make our way back to that area we would not hesitate to stay at Collwood again!

Collwood is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and modern condo! The view from our level (204) was just right, we could hear and see the waves, and see an occasional dolphin! The on site managers are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Good afternoon and thank you for sending a survey for us to fill out. Our week and unit 204 were amazing. We had a wonderful time, and the unit was clean and filled with the amenities that we were expecting and usually have. We didn't bring our beach chairs because we thought there would be some in the condominium like we had in before but no loss as we had rented umbrellas on the beach. Only two things I would recommend. 1, improve the Wi-Fi signal in the condominium. 2, the lounge chairs that are available to pull out to the beach are very worn-out and most have broken straps. I would recommend replacing those. We are looking forward to seeing you again. You guys do a wonderful job maintaining the property and managing the reservations. Thank you so very much. We recently stayed on the beach side for four weeks. We’ve stayed in other beach front condominium buildings so we can compare. The smaller building with on-site management makes for a caring, clean comfortable place. The building is older but spotless, well maintained and organized, everything has a place. The apartments are large and quiet. The building is secure and there is ample parking. The pool is heated and outdoor amenities, grills, chairs, etc. are available. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our vacation at Collwood. Management is helpful and responsive to questions. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Beautiful sunsets.

I love this place. They have everything you would need to be at the beach, including beach chairs. (I love the swing) Always clean, everything always works and close (walking distance) to restaurants and shopping (John's Pass) My only regret is having to leave.

This was our second time staying at Collwood Condos and it certainly will not be our last! The property is well maintained and the condos have everything you need. We love the laid back, not-so busy atmosphere of the beach and being within walking distance to John's Pass is a huge plus! The beach chairs and bin of toys is so nice to have when vacationing with kids! Thanks for another amazing family vacation!!

The beach is quiet and great for families with children, no worries about car traffic on the beach since cars are not allowed. We saw dolphins every day. Kids loved looking for shells. Would come every year if I could.

Love staying at Collwood it always feels right. We have been staying here for quite some time and it's always Enjoyable time and clean. We have met done great people.

This past week was our 6th year staying at Collwood Condos, and we had an amazing trip as usual. The condos are always clean and have everything you need available. Great access to the beach right outside of your door. Games and pool and grilling all available. Most importantly the managers are awesome. They are always willing to help with anything you need right away. We will be returning again next year as usual!

Not the 1st time we stayed here. Been coming to this area for 25+ yrs & stayed here several times. Each time we are pleased with the continuity of the attention to the units & guests. It is quiet, clean & a pleasant. And having the manager on site is always a comfort if something is needed. It's a more personal place & managers are personable. It's always our top place to inquire about our week vacation in Madeira Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Collwood very much. It would be helpful if we could rent by the month to keep costs down. We didn’t meet anyone this year because of Covid but the care takers are always friendly and helpful in everyday. The units are very clean and nice.

We girls try to get together once a year for a good time, and we definitely did it again. This condo was everything we could of asked for, we didn't even fight over the master bedroom because the back bedroom had an awesome view also. Was a bonus that it was a corner unit. Most likely be back to this same unit, we LOVED it. Thanks for sharing it with us. The only complaint, not really a complaint just a heads up, the beds were a little hard for me, not sure about you

Im always nervous arriving at a place that i book on line especially if its a bargain. Well i was very happy the condo was exactly as the pic and description it was clean and was well supplied. The beach was amazing not at all crowded the master bed wasn't the most comfortable but but we survived. Collwood condo at maderia beach is a great place to stay the manager was super nice and very helpful we are planning on a trip back next.summer this time for 2 weeks thank you mary this property is a great you do a very good job.

This was our first time at Collwood Condos and it was a great experience. The condo was plenty big enough for our family and the views were great; the family room and all of the bedrooms had ocean views. There was plenty of seating in the family room and the kitchen was large and was very well stocked! We saw dolphins from our condo several times and on our last morning, we actually got to see a couple sea turtle stragglers make it to the water!

Dear Mary , We had a great time on our vacation this year as we have over the past 10 years that we’ve been staying at Collwood. This year we really needed to get away from it all, we appreciate you always being so accommodating. God willing we will be back next year. Thank you.

We have been coming to Collwood Condos in Madeira Beach for several years now. We just love it. We have tried different condos and we haven't been disappointed. John and Mary the managers are great people. If anything is wrong in the condo you tell them and they get right on it to fix. Already booked for next year! Thanks for the owners who rent it out and a big thanks to Mary and John for putting up with us! See you next year!?

We have stayed at Collwood twice now. First time in 104 and this time in 204. Mary and her husband are extremely friendly, helpful and professional in making sure you enjoy your stay. Easy and fun way to visit the beach. Kid friendly, our son enjoyed his 2nd stay and our daughter enjoyed her first stay. Building is very well insulated to outside noise and the views are incredible. We are already looking at booking our next stay in 2021.

This is our second year staying at this property and have enjoyed our time there once again. The beach is close, clean, not over-crowded and the property offers a pool and BBQ grills... It's walking distance to John's Pass too. What else do you want?! The unit we stayed in definitely needed updating, a new bed, etc but we didn't let that ruin our fun. The owner's here are very lucky to have such a great on-site management team who care about the property and the guests! We'll see you next year...
