Collwood was wonderful during our stay!! The manager, Meredith, and her husband Aaron were fabulous and very accommodating. The updated pool area is larger than before and so relaxing with new pool heaters, lounge chairs, and a clear wall which gives you an amazing view of the beach. The beach is just a few steps away and with new beach chairs, it’s the perfect spot! The condos also provide you with everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to a washer and dryer. It’s also just a short walk to a huge board walk area called John’s Pass with stores, restaurants and more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Collwood!

We've rented from Collwood 2 times and both times were great! We were even accommodated to check in early and late because of our flight schedule. Could have been the luck of the draw, too. Either way, management is spot on. Condo was great. Lots of space for 5 women. Great location. Quiet, even street side. Thank you, Ogren's, for another great stay!

Great vacation stay at Collwood Condos! This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and it did not disappoint. We met so many wonderful and kind people renting at Collwood and at the crystal clear beach. The sunsets were amazing, our accommodations were relaxing and the views of marine life from the pristine beach including dolphins and manatees were soothing. Wonderful stay at Collwood Condos! This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and it did not disappoint. We met so many wonderful people renting at Collwood who were kind and inviting. The sunsets were amazing, our accommodations were relaxing and the views of marine life from the pristine beach including dolphins and manatees were soothing. Collwood was a great condo. It was close to everything at madeira beach. We stayed in unit 102 which had a great recliner chair. The managers Mary and John were great. If there was a problem they were right there you will be very happy staying at collwood.

What a find, was browsing the internet when I found Collwood. Our stay in 102 was fantastic! First time there, Condo very clean, Mary and John made the week feel like we were at home.
