I’ve never had a bad trip when it comes to Collwood and Madeira Beach! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. We stayed In Unit 101 and was very comfy and had all the amenities of home. We will be back again soon!

We first brought our youngest son to Collwood in ‘95 at my parents unit in Collwood and were happy to find the building and pool well maintained to be able to create the same memories with his wife and our granddaughter. Best beach vacation.

Great time! Unit and the whole condo complex very clean. The pool bathrooms were very clean. Please keep that going. Water came in the master bedroom window when it rained very hard. It was at the top of the window. Maybe the wind forced the water in. Didn’t happen again. Otherwise, a great experience. Looking forward to next year. Thx Rick and Alison.

Thank you for a wonderful stay as always. I needed help with the TV remote and help was quick in coming (thank you James). Our unit was ready, clean and as always like home.

This will be our 3rd year of vacationing at Collwood. We choose this property because of its location, management and the unit that we enjoy is always clean and ready for our stay. The atmosphere is very family friendly, and the only thing that could possibly go wrong is the Florida weather. So far even the weather has been excellent.

This was our 2nd time at Collwood and we just booked 2 condos for next June. Collwood feels like home away from home. Everything is clean and the amenities are awesome! Mary and John really make you feel welcome. Best beach vacation and location we’ve ever taken!! Amy

Great location right on the beach. Condo was very clean and management was very helpful and accommodating.

This will be our 3rd year coming to Collwood Condos. Each time we come we are always looking forward to the stay and there is no disappointment. Wonderful location, good condo unit with everything you need or ever want, with a great management team. We have already booked our stay for 2024.

Our week at Collwood was fantastic. Condo unit was excellent, all the occupants were very friendly and inviting for all activities. Mary and John make sure everything is what you expect and will go above and beyond if needed to make your stay a success. Collwood 101 was awesome. Great location, right on the beach and close to John's Pass. The condo is very open and spacious. Has room for 6 to sleep (includes an air mattress) I highly recommend this condo!

We have driven to this destination and love everything about it: location, views, and great managers. Because we wanted to spend more time at the beach and not drive, we flew in, rented a car and headed for Collwood Condo. We were able to do this because everything needed (other than our clothes and groceries) was provided. It is not just that the unit has everything we need but that we trust the managers would make sure everything was ready for our stay. We can't wait to return in 2023 for our next planed stay.

Just spent another perfect vacation at Collwood. Mary and John are always improving the facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at Collwood Condos! Our condo was very clean and very roomy. We had to do late checkin and the manger was very accommodating and helpful. Everything we needed was provided in our condo! We were right on the beach and loved our stay there very much! We will definitely book here again in the future! Thank You

We so enjoyed our stay at Collwood. This is our 4th year staying. The condo is well maintained and very clean. We love being right on the beach for our day of fun with the family and also having a clean pool to enjoy. We have already started planning for next year. Highly recommend Collwood.

I have to say This place is a hidden gem! Mary and John were wonderful! We rented three condos last minute because are Air b n b canceled, I couldn’t be happier! We had 14 family members with us , and even though we did have a couple hiccups with family members John and Mary were very understanding. I hope to come back again by myself and husband as well with family. Thank you for making are family trip memorable ??. Looking forward to returning!!!!

To give a review for our vacation it would be easier to tell you what was wrong. Nothing, absolutely Nothing. It was great to have managers onsite and available to help, which they did. We could have walked in with just suitcases and everything we needed for a week at the beach was available to us. Clean, comfortable and felt like home. The location is perfect, walking distance to shopping and restaurants an the beach is outstanding. I said there was nothing wrong, absolutely nothing, everything was wonderful.

We have stayed at Collwood Condos for several years for our Spring Break vacations. As always Mary is a delight to work with and the various condos we have stayed in are always clean and stocked with the essential commodities that you need. This year we had the pleasure of staying in unit 101, I love the decorations of this unit and feel that the units on this side of the building of that little extra room that we need for our family, so much so that we booked the same unit for next year. Again thank you Mary for the excellent service! See you in the spring of 2023!

This was our second visit to Madeira Beach and staying at Collwood condos. We can't wait to book a stay again for next year (need I say more?!). John and Mary keep the grounds so neat and tidy! There is nothing better then walking out barefoot and being in the sand immediately! Loved our condo (#101) as it was generously equipped with coolers, a wonderful beach umbrella, and a little blender for making our adult beverages! Beds were soooo comfortable! Kitchen is very well equipped if you were to make meals (we only make breakfast and then eat out for dinner). My teenage girls LOVE being in walking distance to John Pass area as well. It makes for a fun evening in Florida! Can't say enough (besides next time I'm staying longer)!! Thank you John and Mary, and all at Collwood!

We really enjoyed our stay at Collwood Condos..... the rental was clean and had everything I needed for preparing meals ..... access to beach was perfect....staff was friendly.... we hope to stay again in the near future!!!

This was our second stay at Collwood and we will absolutely be back again!Safety,cleanliness,and proximity to the beach are always my top priorities when staying at the coast, and this place checks all the boxes above and beyond! The property managers go out of their way to make sure you have the best possible stay, and we absolutely did!
